This piece was created with graphite pencils, both wooden and mechanical. The portrait represents one of my favorite actors, who currently plays Peter Petrelli in the hit TV show Heroes.
I created this particular piece as the first of a set, so in time I will be creating other actors from the show too.
The piece took about 1 week to complete in total, on a smooth surface paper, which has been treated to stop smudging and fading of the graphite.
