1. All images/ artwork uploaded onto this site must be original material created by you. By uploading any images/ artwork to this site contributors are automatically assumed to be the creator and owner of the image/ artwork. You may not upload artwork created by another person or artwork taken from another source such as another website, magazine etc. Copyright violation will result in account cancellation and in possible criminal prosecution.
2. Malicious, inappropriate, racist and pornographic material uploaded to this site will result in your account being cancelled without notice. By uploading to the site you also acknowledge that the site administrators reserve the right to reject any of your photos at any time if they feel that they are inappropriate for the site in any way.
3. The owners of alltradeart cannot be held responsible for any copyright violations, and cannot guarantee the legality of the photos stored in its system. You have to contact the artists to make sure.
4. You are not allowed to use any of the images found herein for the purpose of spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimise other people, societies, cultures.
5. Dormant trial and free accounts (no activity for 30 days) will be removed.
6. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
7. Uploaded photography or scans of artwork that alltradart does not feel are of a high quality will be removed from the site. The account owner will be contacted when this occurs.
8. Your details will not be passed onto third parties without prior consent from you.
