If there is some nostalgia here, it is more for fiction than fact - for the perfection and ideal of an invented, sanitized construction of reality.
The contrast between the structures and space is created to add tension between the elements. The images appear to be familiar yet their' dreamlike quality suggests to the viewer either a memory of a distance place and time or a dark glimpse into the future, combating these elements in a new way expanding the boundaries of my work.
