The Townships in Cape town fascinated me. There was great charm in the simplicity of the buildings and I was drawn by the colour, ingenuity and inventiveness that people had used to make their homes attractive. I loved the structures and patchwork of shapes. This picture is created using collage to give it texture and depth.
