Honfleur is a great favourite of mine. It's a town you will instantly fall in love with, I think. Many painters have lived there including Eugene Boudin. The buildings are full of character and the skyline has endless permutations, making them fit together like a jigsaw. Their vertical structure reflects a sense of order, contrasting with the playful foreground of cafes and the boating harbour.
This painting is sold but can be repeated in a similar style.
