This deeply textural work is inspired by Celtic motifs and imagery - the rich golds and coppers accentuate the symbolism of the work - 'Corcra Domhain' is gaelt for Deep Purple - a colour assocated with royalty and religion. This work will be showing at the forthcoming open Exhibition at The Gallery at GRM McFarlane, 41 Mill Street, Alloa - which starts on the 14th June.
