My cousin jude is two years old in this painting, he's a very happy and bubbly child but some times has this thoughtfull look upon his face, this captured one of these rare moments.

Although I focus my attention on portraiture I also experiment with illustration, etching and photography. My ink work is intricate and precise, in contrast to my painting, which can be free. However, my personal style can be dampened to reveal a more confined traditional way of painting.

Commissions can be as specific as you like, my personal preference is to involve colour in my work, enhancing the skin tone can sometimes create a stunning effect, this theme is evident in all my paintings at different intensities.

Portraying skin tone is very important to me; I paint to capture the personality and spirit of the subject, hopefully always producing work that fulfils the criteria.
