The Maori Stories Pt 2 (in context)
Primed, framed canvas, ready to hang, and using a mixture of acrylics
and aerosol to create this Maori tattoo style painting. The red base
coat is a thick acrylic mixture of brilliant red and brown and gives
texture to the surface of the canvas. This is a large landscape
orientated canvas, but can be hung as a portrait if you wish. It has
been finished with gloss/varnish, it is signed/stamped, and comes with a
certificate of authenticity. The total external frame size measures 122
cm by 61 cm. Canvas depth is 4cm. This item can be made to order to

I am a street photographer and artist, based in the UK - I have spent
the last few years travelling and learning/studying photography, and I
have recently turned my attentions to abstract and contemporary art
using combinations of media. My main focus is towards painted canvas,
and being inventive with glass, aerosol and acrylic. I take inspiration
from artists such as Piet Mondrian, Josef Albers, Barnett Newman and
Mark Rothko.
I have recently become interested in printing techniques, and I am
currently learning screen printing and how to make use of different
types of prints and how they work with different types of fine art
archival papers. Purchased artworks will be professionally packaged and
come provided with a certificate of authenticity.
