Using delibrate and bold brush strokes I tried to create the effect of swirling movement in this piece. The full range of tones from white to red enhance the idea of motion.
'Pinks In Motion' is a slightly older piece of artwork which never saw the light of day until recently. This was due to me having some of my collection looked after in the South and me being up North! It was part of a series of paintings I completed in this style and sold.
This original piece of artwork has use of high quality 100% acrylic paints and hand mixed paints which are painted on cotton duck canvas primed and stretched on wooden frame and no signs of any nails on the sides.... Photographs just don't do a painting justice!
All artwork is spray glossed for protection and signed by the artist at the back or the sides. The painting continues on all sides of the canvas.
