I enjoyed painting this piece because it reminded me of my travels in the USA - trekking and biking across the Moab Desert. I've attempted to re-create the red hot heat in the sky using bold reds and yellows. I have represented the interesting rock formations found there in silhouette detail along the horizon. SOLD.
This original piece of artwork has use of high quality 100% acrylic paints and hand mixed paints which are painted on cotton duck canvas primed and stretched on wooden frame and no signs of any nails on the sides.... Photographs just don't do a painting justice!
All artwork is spray glossed for protection and signed by the artist at the back or the sides. The painting continues on all sides of the canvas.
