Artwork will be dispatched in secure packaging as soon as possible after payment is received (normally with 7 days). Artwork will be sent using a reputable courier, Parcelforce or special delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. All parcels are tracked.

If for any reason you decide not to keep the work after the 14-day approval period, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. A full refund will be given when the artwork is returned in its original condition. Return postage will normally be paid for by the purchaser.
